We’ve all felt it, we’ve all seen it, but do we really know what it is? Anxiety is one of the most common issues that we all deal with, but have very little understanding of what it is or why we are experiencing it.

This four week meditation series follows up on the public class “Anxiety; What the Heck is it and How to Get Rid of it!”

If you loved the talk, you’ll definitely love this series and if you missed the talk, no worries cause there are still plenty of juicy teachings being covered here. Each class, we will learn different ways to use mindfulness to help us let go of anxiety (once and for all). Practicing these instructions, help us to deal with difficult situations positively and productively -without anxiety or stress!

Anxiety is a major bummer – we get it. It can also be really difficult to overcome by yourself, or without having some powerful tools that are tried and tested to work. So if you suffer even occasional anxiety (who doesn’t?) do yourself a huge favor and come to this series. Register to save a spot or just drop in.

The classes follow a sequence, each with its own specific topic. Of course we recommend you come to all four, but they’re also designed to stand alone so you can come just to the ones that fit your schedule.
